Laundry Goddess will use reasonable efforts and processes to ensure that all its services maintain a high quality.
Laundry Goddess accepts no liability for damage due to normal cleaning of items (wear and tear of items could be damaged despite every care taken by LG).
Laundry Goddess accepts no liability for special care items that the customer has been neglectful in adding to their service wash. (if we note a special care item when loading machines, we do remove from the wash).
Laundry Goddess is not responsible for items labelled ‘dry clean only’ or ‘hand wash only’ and is not responsible for checking all labels on clients clothing items in your wash.
Laundry Goddess is not responsible for clothes ‘bleeding’, shrinking or otherwise changing that result from normal washing. (if we note items might do any of the above, staff will remove from the wash before the cycle begins).
Laundry Goddess is not responsible for separating your items into specific washes and you must have done this and labelled the bags accordingly.
Laundry Goddess does not guarantee the removal of all stains. Sometimes the length of time the stain has been present make this impossible. We use an ‘all-purpose’ stain remover and not different ones for each type of stain.
Laundry Goddess will wash, dry and fold and bag each order separately; the Laundry Goddess does not mix orders and will return to your bag with the clothing and any personals found at the time of delivery.
Laundry Goddess is not responsible for loss of or damage to any personal belongings or non-cleanable items left in the clothing or bags: such as money, jewellery, or any thing else. We ask that you ensure you have removed any items from pockets etc. especially screws and nails as they damage our machines.
Laundry Goddess does not accept responsibility for items left unattended at time of collection or delivery.
Laundry Goddess will adhere to customers instruction of where items will be left if you are not to be home at time of collection or delivery. If you have not ensured a safe agreed place to leave them you will need to collect items from the shop premises or wait until the next collection is booked, as we will not leave items at doorsteps.
Laundry Goddess reserve the right to refuse to offer a service to anyone who is abusive to our staff, as we do in our shop.
Laundry Goddess is liable for taking every care for your items and if any damage, loss etc does occur due to our neglect we will replace said item like for like, in quickest time scale possible.
Laundry Goddess asks, that if item are for ironing only, you turn your items the right way round unless you want them ironed inside out and fold them in to your bag.
